How to Get Started
1. Fill out the Repair Booking Form: simply fill out our Repair Booking Form below to get started.
2. Device collection: we will arrange Courier Guy to come and collect your damaged device.
3. Package and have your device ready for collection: please wrap your device in a bubble wrap or something to protect it during the transportation, and place it in a small box before handing it over to the courier.

4. Technical Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your device within 24 to 72 hours. You will receive regular updates on the status of the evaluation.
- If the repair is under warranty, we'll start with repair immediately.
- If the repair is out of warranty, we'll send you a quote. Repairs begin after your approval and full payment.

5. Repair Process: Once we receive the full payment, repairs are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on spare part availability. You'll receive regular status updates from our system.
6. Courier Delivery: We'll arrange for a courier to return your repaired device.
