Returns Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Tsukuru (Pty) Ltd t/a Oukitel South Africa, www.oukitel.co.za, and our authorized partners & resellers.

To request a return, email support@oukitel.co.za and package items securely (e.g. bubble wrap) to prevent damage in transit. Please read our full policy below. 

Unwanted Products

  1. Clients may inspect products upon delivery and return unwanted items within 5 business days, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  2. Returns must be unused, undamaged, in excellent condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, stickers, and IMEI/serial numbers intact.
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Clients return goods at their own risk and expense.
  4. After inspection, if approved, clients may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, covering the price of goods minus any applicable charges (e.g. courier costs).

Defective Products

  1. Clients may inspect deliveries and must receive goods that are high quality, functional, and defect-free. If it is defective, please contact us immediately.
  2. The client may return the goods to the supplier, if goods fail to meet quality standards. Tsukuru t/a Oukitel South Africa will:
    1. Repair the product at the supplier’s expense;
    2. If repair is not possible, replace the product;
    3. If replacement is not possible, refund the purchase price.
  3. If a repaired component fails again within 3 months, the supplier will:
    1. Replace the product; or
    2. If replacement is not possible, refund the purchase price.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exceptions

Tsukuru t/a Oukitel South Africa does not accept returns on:

  1. Products without original packaging - missing accessories, manuals, or damaged boxes may invalidate a return.
  2. Gift Cards and vouchers - non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Accessories - screen protectors, phone cases, charging cables, tempered glass, etc. cannot be returned once opened/used unless defective.
  4. Courier costs - non-refundable unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  5. Earbuds - non-returnable if packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
  6. Products showing signs of misuse, drops, water damage, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  7. Items such as screen cleaning kits, wipes, or other perishable/consumable goods.
  8. Items specially ordered in (not regular stock) or customized cannot be returned unless defective.
