The competition rules:

1. This competition is organized by Tsukuru (Pty) Ltd trading as Oukitel South Africa. References to Oukitel will include and be limited to the official Oukitel South Africa page: oukitel.co.za
2. Oukitel South Africa Black Friday Competition dates are from 18 November 2022 00:01 to 2 December 2022 23:59. 
3. The winner will be announced on 5 December 2022 at 18:00 on @OukitelRSA TikTok account. Oukitel South Africa’s decision in this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. For a valid entry the customer must purchase any Rugged Phone or Rugged Tablet from either oukitel.co.za or directly from Oukitel South Africa consultant during the competition dates. The competition therefor limited to online purchases.
5. The number of entries will be determined by the customer's purchase:
   - 1 purchase of rugged smartphone = 1 entry
   - 1 purchase of rugged tablet = 1 entry
   - 2 or more purchases of any rugged devices during the competition dates = 5 entries (please note that these purchases can be on the same purchase order or two different purchase orders, but the customer name must be the same)
6. Customers who made Oukitel purchases from other retail platforms, such as Takealot, Makro and Leroy Merlin will not be entered into the competition.
7. Customers who made purchases on dates outside the official competition dates will also not be entered into the competition.
8. Customers who made purchases using Promotional Codes or Black Friday specials will be entered into the competition. However Oukitel South Africa does not allow combining multiple active promotions at the same time and the customers will therefor not be able use a Promotional Code together with the Black Friday promotion.
9. Customers will receive email confirmation of their purchase and entry into the competition.
10. This competition is open to any customer making a purchase on oukitel.co.za with a shipping address in South Africa.
    

  The getaway prize includes:

1. 2 night accommodation for you and up to 9 family members or friends at boutique Kgorogoro Lodge is located within Black Rhino Private Game Reserve forming a part of the greater Big-5 Pilanesberg area.
   - four free-standing suites of which one unit has an interlinking passage between two suites (sleeps 10 people max)
   - all beds can be configured into two single - or king size beds.
   - all suites are air conditioned
   - all bathrooms have a double shower and Victorian bath
   - all bedrooms are well equipped (bar fridges and coffee stations)
2. Exclusive and private use of the main lodge and outdoor facilities:
   - huge,  central, open plan living areas
   - formal lounge with a small library and board games area 
   - spacious dining area
   - TV lounge (unlimited WiFi and DSTV)
   - Bar area (equipped with extended bar fridge and ice-machine)
   - Daily house keeping
   - Spacious kitchen with a walk-in fridge, freezer and fridge/freezer unit
   - Dishwasher
   - Spacious, covered veranda with built-in gas braai facilities
   - Swimming pool (adjacent onto veranda) with sun loungers
   - Boma with fire pit (max 3 bags of fire wood supplied)
   - Covered parking (up to three vehicles, the rest - uncovered)
3. Andrew who is both a qualified ranger and lodge manager lives on the premises to be present to assist with any need. He is as passionate about the bush and will give you an amazing experience and memories that you can carry in your heart forever. 
4. 2 flexible and private game drives with a personal field ranger for max 10 people in a game viewer vehicle. 
   - Game viewing at Black Rhino Game Reserve is done from Open Safari Vehicles (OSV’s) driven by FGASA qualified game rangers
   - No general public access is allowed into Black Rhino Game Reserve
   - The route from Black Rhino into the National Park passes through the restricted access wilderness area.
   - Park fees and gate fees included.
5. The prize can be redeemed from 1 January 2023 to 30 May 2023. The prize can only be claimed once, and will not be valid outside of stipulated dates. 
6. The dates for the 2 Night Stay will be arranged with Kgorogoro Lodge management within the abovementioned dates, to suit the winner’s diary.
7. The Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes. 
8. The lodge is self-catering and does not have any restaurant on site. 
9. Kgorogoro Lodge and Black Rhino are family centric and child friendly. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. 
10. The winner and accompanying guests will adhere to the rules and regulations of Kgorogoro Lodge and Black Rhino Game Reserve.

Please note that any other activities in and around the area can be assisted with, but are excluded. Additional night stays or additional game drives can be arranged on the winner's own account with the permission of the Kgorogoro Lodge Management.

The draw:

1. The draw will take place on 5 December 2022 at 18:00 on Oukitel South Africa’s official TikTok page via a Live Video.
2. The winner will be selected by means of a randomized ticket selection digital tombola draw.
3. Oukitel South Africa will ensure that each customer has the correct amount on entries, based on the above-mentioned regulations surrounding entries.
4. Once the winner has been selected an Oukitel South Africa consultant will make direct contact with the customer to arrange the dates for the prize to be claimed.
   

Terms and conditions:

1. All persons entering this Black Friday Competition consent to the Terms and Conditions (T&C's) of the competition, as stipulated.
2. Oukitel South Africa reserves the right to amend The Rules and Terms and Conditions by notification at any time during the competition.
3. The participant agrees to and understands that should his/her ticket be selected in the draw, and s/he wins a prize, his/her name may be published on the Oukitel South Africa and other promoters’ social media channels. 
4. The participant agrees to and understands that should his/her ticket be selected in the draw, and s/he wins a prize, a photograph of the device they purchased may be published on Oukitel South Africa’s and other promoters’ social media channels.
5. Participants younger than 18 years must have the written consent of their parents or legal guardian to enter. Where a winner is younger than 18 years, the prize will only be released to their parent or guardian but provided it has been accompanied with the required legal documentation.
6. The winners of the competition will be announced on the day of the live draws as set out in this competition’s terms and conditions. Thereafter, the names of the winners will be published on Oukitel South Africa social media pages. 
7. The promoter will contact the winners using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. The promoter will not be held liable for the winner’s failure to receive a prize if the winner’s’ contact details is incorrect. If the promoter cannot contact the winner after taking reasonable steps to do so (within 30 days form the draw), the winner will forfeit the prize and the promoter may, at their sole discretion, choose to conduct another random draw for the prize.
8. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
9. Oukitel South Africa and other promoters shall not be held liable for any claims, liability, damages, loss, cost or expenses whatsoever which is suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of or arising from participation in this competition or the use of the prize awarded.
10. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to release, indemnify and hold the promoter, its subsidiaries, agents, contractors, marketing and promotional agencies harmless from all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses arising out of his/her participation in the prize draw and/or acceptance and/or use of any prizes.
